Every year the company holds a New Year Evening Party, Spring&Autumn Company Basketball Games and other cultural and sports activities to motivate all employees to improve their efficiency. On the first day of every month, a flag-raising ceremony is held in the company for the education of patriotism to all employees.    The company puts great emphasis on environmental protection. It has installed a range of environmentally friendly equipment to cater for the proper management of the pollutants. It has also made out a series of internal environmental regulations and has set up an environmental protection inspection center to monitor the pollutants throughout the production process. Meanwhile, the company is dedicated to create a beautiful environment in the plant and has initialized a long term project to be a “Garden Enterprise”. In spring and summer, the whole plant is flourished with trees and flowers and there is a fishpond with recycled water from production process.
